Located in the heart of Porto, it is just steps from São Bento Station, close to Porto Cathedral (Sé do Porto), the Dom Luís I Bridge, and the Douro River. Perfect for exploring Porto on foot.
Guest H4U – Batalha City Center is a fully renovated open-plan apartment located in the heart of the city, set within a typical Portuguese building. The studio has no separate rooms: the sleeping, living, and dining areas share the same open space, with the bathroom being the only private area.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a queen-size bed (160×200) and a comfortable sofa bed for two, a dining table with four chairs, and a cozy seating area with TV.
The fully equipped open kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet.
Wi-Fi is provided via a 4G hotspot, and the television works with Wi-Fi. There is no fixed heating system; however, a portable heater can be supplied for an additional daily cost.
Comfortable, well maintained, and tastefully decorated, the apartment is an ideal base to discover the lights and charm of Porto.
Guest H4U – Porto Batalha City Center is located on a typical street in Porto. Cars are allowed to enter the street and brief stops for drop-off or pick-up are possible, but parking is not permitted.
The Porto Cathedral (Sé do Porto), São Bento Station, the Dom Luís I Bridge, and the famous Port Wine Cellars are all just a short walk away.
Guest H4U Online Assistance:
- Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.
Check-in:
- Check-in from 15:00 (3PM) to 20:00 (8PM) – FREE; from 20:00 (8PM) to 21:30 (9:30PM) – 15€; from 21:30 (9:30PM) to 23:00 (11PM) – 25€; from 23:00 (10PM) to 00:00 (12AM) – 50€; after 00:00 (12AM) – from 50€. All late check-ins are subject to our availability.
Quiet Hours:
- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy:
- We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Party Policy:
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy:
- Animals are not allowed.
Baby Kit:
- Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week.
- Baby cot only: €15 per week.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.
Key and Door Services:
- Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.
Door Opening:
- During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): €20.
- Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.
Heating:
- In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer a portable heater for €10/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during colder months.
Cleaning for Extended Stays:
- For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 29€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
Private accommodation with full access.
We have two identical apartments in the same building, one on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor, with no elevator.
Each booking refers to one apartment only. Each apartment accommodates up to 4 people and may be located on the 1st or 2nd floor depending on availability.
Our team is fully at your disposal before, during, and after your stay to assist you whenever possible.

Important information before booking
We have two identical apartments in the same building, one on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor, with no elevator. Each booking refers to one apartment only. Each apartment accommodates up to 4 people and may be located on the 1st or 2nd floor depending on availability.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge.
Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
There is no fixed heating system in the apartment; a portable heater can be provided for an additional cost.
Access, parking & check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
All check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:
• 8:00–9:30 PM: 15€
• 9:30–11:00 PM: 25€
• 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: 50€
• After 12:00 AM: from 50€
Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.
A private, secure, covered parking space is available by reservation only for 13€ per day, located approximately 5 minutes on foot from the apartment. As there is only one parking space, availability cannot be guaranteed for your arrival date. Thank you for your understanding.

For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 29€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 29€ per trip (contact us for details).
A baby cot is available upon request for 15€ per stay.
