Our bright and comfortable apartment accommodates up to 5 guests, including children, and is ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the beautiful Praia de Matosinhos.
The apartment features one bedroom with a cozy double bed and a single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two additional guests. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided for your comfort.
There is one bathroom equipped with a bathtub and toilet.
The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly to the living room, creating a warm and welcoming space to cook, dine, or unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge with freezer, a four-plate electric stove, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and all essential utensils.
There is also a small balcony connected to the kitchen and living area — a convenient space for drying clothes or light household use.
The bedroom opens onto a private balcony facing the beach, offering lovely views and a peaceful atmosphere.
Located on the top floor with elevator access, the apartment also offers high-speed WiFi and a TV.

Quiet Hours:
- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy:
- We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Key and Door Services:
- Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.
Door Opening:
- During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): €20.
- Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.
Party Policy:
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy:
- Animals are not allowed.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged. Throwing cigarette butts on the ground, grass, or in nature is strictly forbidden. The house is located in a sensitive natural area, where a single cigarette could start a forest fire. Bins and ashtrays are provided—please respect the environment. If there is proof that cigarette butts have been thrown in the garden, natural surroundings, or anywhere on the property grounds, the full security deposit will be charged.
Cleaning for Extended Stays:
For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 60€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
Our home is ideal for hosting up to 5 guests maximum, including children and babies.
Check-in is possible between 04:00 PM and 07:00 PM. The time should be arranged in advance.
Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.
Access to the house is by key, provided on arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests; failure to do so will result in a 200€ charge.
Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Mandatory city tax: A city tax of 2€ per person per day must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Access & check-in
Check-in is available from 16:00 (4:00 PM) to 19:00 (7:00 PM).
All check-ins after 19:00 (7:00 PM) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:
• 19:00 (7:00 PM) – 20:30 (8:30 PM) 15€
• 20:30 (8:30 PM) – 22:00 (10:00 PM) : 25€
• After 22:00 (10:00 PM): from 50€
Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.
