The space

Guest H4U – Heroísmo 2F is a beautifully renovated open-plan studio located on the 2nd floor of the building, with elevator access.

The studio offers a bright open-plan layout, where the sleeping area flows naturally into the living space and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, microwave, hobs, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and complete kitchenware for preparing meals or enjoying a relaxed breakfast.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet, ensuring comfort and practicality. The sleeping area features a queen-size bed (160×200) and a wardrobe for storage.

The studio provides Wi-Fi, a SmartTV, and individually controlled air conditioning (hot and cold) for year-round comfort.

Designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults, it is an ideal choice for a romantic city escape.

The neighbourhood

Situated on a typical street in Porto, the building retains its original character while being fully renovated. The Porto Cathedral (Sé do Porto), São Bento Station, the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, and the famous Port Wine Cellars are all within easy reach.

The apartment is also close to Bolhão and the Campanhã Station. The street offers several local shops and services, and the entrance to the Heroísmo Metro station is just a 1-minute walk away, providing direct access to the beaches and all major touristic points in Porto.

House rules

Guest H4U Online Assistance:

- Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.

Check-in:

- Check-in from 15:00 (3PM) to 20:00 (8PM) – FREE; from 20:00 (8PM) to 21:30 (9:30PM) – 15€; from 21:30 (9:30PM) to 23:00 (11PM) – 25€; from 23:00 (10PM) to 00:00 (12AM) – 50€; after 00:00 (12AM) – from 50€. All late check-ins are subject to our availability.

Quiet Hours:

- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).

Group Policy:

- We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Party Policy:

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy:

- Animals are not allowed.

Baby Kit:

- Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week.

- Baby cot only: €15 per week.

Smoking Policy:

- Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

Key and Door Services:

- Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.

Door Opening:

- During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): €20.

- Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.

Cleaning for Extended Stays:

- For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 29€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.

Guest access

The apartment is entirely private, with no shared spaces, including the bathroom, kitchen, or living area.

The studio is located on the 2nd floor of the building and is accessible by stairs or elevator.

Interaction with guests

Guest H4U , we are completely at your disposal to accompany you before, during, and after your stay. If you need advice or guided tours, booking, we will be at your disposal.

Important information before booking

This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests; failure to do so will result in a 200€ charge.

Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Access, parking & check-in

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
All check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:

• 8:00–9:30 PM: 15€
• 9:30–11:00 PM: 25€
• 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: 50€
• After 12:00 AM: from 50€

Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.

A private, secure, covered parking space is available by reservation only for 13€ per day, located approximately 1 minute on foot from the apartment. As there is only one parking space, availability cannot be guaranteed for your arrival date. Thank you for your understanding.

Services & extras

For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 29€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.

Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 29€ per trip (contact us for details).

A baby cot is available upon request for 15€ per stay.
