1 Bathroom Guest H4U - Garden & Beach Mindelo is a charming, fully renovated home just 10 minutes from the beach “Praia do Mindelo”. It accommodates up to 6 guests with 2 cozy bedrooms and a sofa bed. Located in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, the house offers complete privacy. The spacious terrace features a private garden, barbecue, and inflatable pool for young children, creating a perfect spot to relax and unwind in a tranquil setting.
Our house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, including children. It has 2 bedrooms, as well as a sofa bed located in the living room.
Both bedrooms are equipped with double beds (140x190), while the sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The house has 1 bathroom with an Italian-style shower.
The living area offers a cozy and modern environment, perfect for relaxation. The house was fully renovated in July 2025, ensuring a fresh and contemporary atmosphere.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a small fridge with a freezer, a 4-plate electric stove, an oven, a filtered coffee machine, utensils, and a clothes washing machine.
The house has parking available on the street for your convenience.
We offer high-speed WiFi throughout the house, and a Smart TV, which is connected to MEO, giving you access to 150 channels for your entertainment.
The house is equipped with solar panels and excellent insulation, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round, whether it’s summer or winter. We also have blinds for added comfort and privacy.
Our terrace has a small private garden of about 40 m², with a table for outdoor meals, a barbecue, and a small inflatable pool for young children.
The house is located just 10 minutes walking distance from the beach “Praia da Mindelo”, in a calm family-friendly neighborhood.
The house is located about a 1-minute car ride (or a 1-minute walk) from "Sabor a Lenha", which offers traditional Portuguese cuisine. It is also about a 4-minute car ride (or a 20-minute walk) from "Pizzaria Pepperoni Mindelo", known for its pizzas. Additionally, "Sabor a Lenha", a place specializing in grilled specialties, is about a 4-minute car ride (or a 20-minute walk) away.
For coffee shops, you are about a 2-minute car ride (or a 5-minute walk) from "Padaria e Pastelaria da Barca", a perfect spot for a relaxing coffee or tea. Another option, "Café do Fernando", is about a 3-minute car ride (or a 12-minute walk), ideal for a light snack or freshly brewed coffee near the beach.
When it comes to supermarkets, "Minimercado S. José" is just a 3-minute car ride (or a 7-minute walk) from the house, offering fresh products and essentials.

Check-in:
- Check-in from 16:00 (4PM) to 19:00 (7PM) – FREE; from 19:00 (7PM) to 20:30 (8:30PM) – 15€; from 20:30 (8:30PM) to 22:00 (10PM) – 25€; from 22:00 (10PM) to 23:00 (11PM) – 50€; after 23:00 (11PM) – from 50€. All late check-ins are subject to our availability.
Quiet Hours:
- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy:
- We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Safety:
- Surveillance cameras are installed outside, on the façade/entrance and around the pool/garden area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house.
Party Policy:
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy:
- Animals are not allowed.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged. Throwing cigarette butts on the ground, grass, or in nature is strictly forbidden.
Cleaning for Extended Stays:
For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 60€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
You will have access to the entire house and terrace.
Our home is ideal for hosting up to 6 guests maximum, including children and babies.
Check-in is possible between 04:00 PM and 07:00 PM. The time should be arranged in advance. Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.
Access to the house is by key, provided on arrival.

Important information before booking
This apartment is non-smoking. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge.
Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Mandatory city tax: a city tax of 1.50€ per person per day must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Access & check-in
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
All check-ins after 7:00 PM are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:
• 7:00–8:30 PM: 15€
• 8:30–10:00 PM: 25€
• 10:00–11:00 PM: 50€
• After 11:00 PM: from 50€
Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.
Services & extras
For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 60€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 35€ per trip (contact us for details).
