GUEST H4U - NATURE & POOL GUARDA is a charming stone house featuring a private pool. This true haven of peace, completely surrounded by nature, offers a calm, soothing, and intimate setting—perfect for recharging and reconnecting in harmony with nature. The house can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for a peaceful stay with family or friends, with complete privacy and no overlooking neighbours.

The space

Our house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, including children and babies. It has 3 bedrooms, as well as a double sofa bed located in the living room.
Two of the bedrooms are equipped with Queen Size beds (160x200), while the third features a bunk bed (80x180), perfect for children. Bed linens and towels are included.

The house has three bathrooms: one en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom, another shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms, and a separate bathroom with only a toilet—also available on the ground floor.

The living area, covering 150 m², elegantly combines the authentic charm of exposed stone with a touch of modern comfort.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the first floor, while the kitchen, toilet, living room, and dining area are on the ground floor.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, five-burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils.
Our television gives access to 150 channels, and high-speed WIFI is available throughout the house.

Our private garden is a true sanctuary. You will find a private pool (4m x 10m, maximum depth to be specified), garden furniture including sun loungers, parasols, a barbecue, and a table for outdoor meals. All of this is set in an exceptional natural environment, with no overlooking neighbours.

Our pool and outdoor areas are maintained twice a week: on Tuesdays between 5 PM and 8 PM, and on Saturdays between 10 AM and 2 PM. The technician will only access the garden and will not enter the house.

The property also has a covered carport, ideal for parking a car safely. If needed, a driveway in front of the house can accommodate several more vehicles.

Our house is located in a quiet area, just 15 minutes by car from the center of Guarda.

The neighbourhood

Located about a 2-minute car ride from a local restaurant named “O Olival,” which offers traditional Portuguese cuisine. The house is also about a 4-minute car ride from two local coffee shops, one named “Café da Seara” and the other “Café O Forno.”

You are also about a 4-minute car ride from a place called “Ribeira da Vela,” which features a pond surrounded by nature and trees, making it a sort of natural swimming pool. This area is also perfect for afternoon snacks or picnics, as it has tables and benches where you can sit and eat while enjoying nature.

As for supermarkets, they are mostly located in the center of Guarda, around a 15-minute car ride. In the center of Guarda, you will find several supermarkets, such as Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona, Auchan, and Continente. In Guarda’s city center, you will also find many local restaurants and shops.

House rules

Guest H4U Online Assistance:

- Available daily from 09:00 to 19:00 (9 AM - 7 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.

Quiet Hours:

- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).

Group Policy:

- We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Safety:

- Surveillance cameras are installed outside, on the façade/entrance and around the pool/garden area. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house.

Party Policy:

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy:

- Animals are not allowed.

Smoking Policy:

- Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged. Throwing cigarette butts on the ground, grass, or in nature is strictly forbidden. The house is located in a sensitive natural area, where a single cigarette could start a forest fire. Bins and ashtrays are provided—please respect the environment. If there is proof that cigarette butts have been thrown in the garden, natural surroundings, or anywhere on the property grounds, the full security deposit will be charged.

Cleaning for Extended Stays:

For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 145€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire house, garden, and pool.

Our home is ideal for hosting up to 8 guests maximum, including children and babies.

Check-in and check-out are fully autonomous via a smart lock. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.

Interaction with guests
