GUEST H4U VILLA GARDEN & POOL is a modern 2 story house with stylish decor, situated at Póvoa de Varzim, Beiriz, featuring a beautiful garden and outdoor pool. GUEST H4U BEIRIZ BEACH & POOL has 4 bedrooms, all equipped with King-Sized beds and 3 bathrooms. The accommodation can comfortably host up to 8 people, including children and infants. Our TV offers access to 150 channels, and high-speed wifi is available throughout the house. The place to be for a lovely stay !

The space

GUEST H4U VILLA GARDEN & POOL is a modern 2 story house with stylish decor, situated in Povoa - Beiriz, featuring a beautiful garden and outdoor pool, totally private with no overlooking You will have access to 4 spacious bedrooms, all equiped with a King Size Beds (160*200) and 3 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. We can host up to 8 people, including children and infants. Our TV offers access to 150 channels, and high-speed wifi is available throughout the house.

All ours rooms and one bathroom are located on the first floor. The kitchen, billiard room, dining area, and the other two bathrooms are situated on the ground floor. The house spans 200m², providing a spacious, comfortable & quiet living space.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes an American fridge, 4 plates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine, along with all necessary kitchen utensils.

Our private garden is furnished, and your disposal to enjoy and relax all day. In addition to the garden, our house has a private swimming pool available from April to October (the pool is not heated). A BBQ is also available for outdoor cooking.

The house is located in a quiet area close to Povoa’s city center (10 minutes by car).

The house’s bed linen will be at your disposal.

The neighbourhood

You are 10 minutes away (by car) from Póvoa de Varzim. In Póvoa de Varzim, you can find the beautiful beaches, the casino, supermarkets and the historical heart of the city. Everything you need will be close by!

In the same block of the house, there is a school, a bakery and a restaurant.

Within 10 minutes by car from the house, you can find the following supermarkets: CONTINENTE MODELO/ PINGO DOCE.
We have available 2 gated parking spots inside of the house.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

House rules

Guest H4U Online Assistance:

- Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.

City Tax:

- A city tax of 1.50€ per person per night (for up to 7 nights) is applicable. This must be paid in cash upon arrival. (Note: For VRBO and direct bookings, city tax is included in the price.)

Quiet Hours:

- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).

Group Policy:

- We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Party Policy:

- Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy:

- Animals are not allowed.

Late Arrival/Departure Fees:

- Extra charges apply for arrivals after 19:00 (7 PM) or departures after 10:00 AM, starting at €15, depending on specific requests.

Baby Kit:

- Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €30 per week.

- Baby cot only: €20 per week.

Smoking Policy:

- Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

Key and Door Services:

- Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.

Door Opening:

- During working hours (10:00 to 19:00): €20.

- Outside working hours (19:00 to 10:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.

Cleaning for Extended Stays:

- For stays exceeding 7 nights, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of 175€ per week applies, covering cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole house.
Ideal for 8 people maximum, baby and children included.
Pool closed from November 1 to March 31 every year

Important information before booking

This apartment is non-smoking. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge.

Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Access & check-in

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

All check-ins after 7:00 PM are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:

• 7:00–8:30 PM: 15€
• 8:30–10:00 PM: 25€
• 10:00–11:00 PM: 50€
• After 11:00 PM: from 50€

Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.

Services & extras

For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 175€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.

Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 35€ per trip (contact us for details).
