Guest H4U presents four modern apartments in a new building, accommodating up to 10 people. Ideal for families or groups, these apartments are located on different floors: the 3rd floor, 2nd floor, 1st floor, and ground floor, all accessible by elevator. Each apartment includes a wardrobe, WiFi, a TV with internet access (Netflix, YouTube, and other apps), and air conditioning.
The 3rd-floor apartment features a charming exterior with a small balcony, perfect for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a double bed (160x200).
The 2nd-floor apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. It features a double bed (160x200).
The 1st-floor apartment includes a private garden with a sunbathing area and a balcony with a garden set. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a double bed (160x200).
The ground floor apartment features a furnished terrace, providing a private and relaxing space. It consists of a private bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an open living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa that can be turned into a sofa bed (140x190).
The apartments of GuestH4U HEROISMO ENTIER are situated in a typical Porto street. The building has its antiquity, however it has been totally renovated. The Sé Cathedral, São Bento station, D. Luís Bridge and the Port wine cellars are not far away. You can find several commercial services on the street, as well as the entrance to the “HEROISMO” metro at only 1 min walking distance.

- Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.
Check-in:
- Check-in from 15:00 (3PM) to 20:00 (8PM) – FREE; from 20:00 (8PM) to 21:30 (9:30PM) – 15€; from 21:30 (9:30PM) to 23:00 (11PM) – 25€; from 23:00 (10PM) to 00:00 (12AM) – 50€; after 00:00 (12AM) – from 50€. All late check-ins are subject to our availability.
Quiet Hours:
- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy:
- We do not accept groups of young people under 21 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Party Policy:
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy:
- Animals are not allowed.
Baby Kit:
- Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week.
- Baby cot only: €15 per week.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.
Key and Door Services:
- Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.
Door Opening:
- During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): €20.
- Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.
Cleaning for Extended Stays:
- For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 110€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
All the spaces are accessible and private.
The apartments of GuestH4U HEROISMO ENTIER are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor, all with elevator access in a completely renovated building, with entrance to the metro “HEROISMO” at 1 min walking distance.
We can accommodate up to 10 people.

Important information before booking
These are non-smoking apartments. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests; failure to do so will result in a 200€ charge per apartment.
Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We do not accept groups of young people under 21 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Access, parking & check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
All check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:
• 8:00–9:30 PM: 15€
• 9:30–11:00 PM: 25€
• 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: 50€
• After 12:00 AM: from 50€
Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.
A private, secure, covered parking space is available by reservation only for 13€ per day, located approximately 1 minute on foot from the apartment. As there is only one parking space, availability cannot be guaranteed for your arrival date. Thank you for your understanding.
Services & extras
For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 110€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 29€ per trip (contact us for details).
A baby cot is available upon request for 15€ per stay.
