2 Bathrooms GUESTH4U POVOA SUMMER is a fully renovated flat, with modern decoration, located in the heart of the famous seaside resort Póvoa de Varzim, Praça João 23, by the sea, with two bright balconies. GUESTH4U POVOA SUMMER has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen that opens to a bright living room. We can accommodate up to 7 people (child and baby included). Our Netflix and Wi-Fi services are included. The metro station to Porto is nearby.

GUESTH4U POVOA SUMMER is a fully renovated flat of 100m². You will have access to 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds (140*190), a shared bathroom with a large Italian shower, sink and toilet and a service bathroom. Two bedrooms have their own balcony. In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa, convertible into a sofa bed which allows us to host up to 7 people in the flat. The TV has direct access to Netflix.
The kitchen is open over the living room, a great space for socializing, bright, ideal for spending time together. The living room has access over a furnished terrace, east-facing.
The kitchen is fully equipped: 4 plates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The flat has balconies with plenty of light, ideal for having a coffee, or to relax at the end of the day.
The flat's bed linen will be at your disposal.
You are in the heart of Póvoa de Varzim.
It is only 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beaches of Póvoa de Varzim, the casino, supermarkets and the historical heart of the city. Everything you need will be close by!
In the same block of the flat, there is a small supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, restaurants and a cafe.
Only 1 km away from the flat are the following supermarkets: LIDL / PINGO DOCE / CONTINENTE
The neighborhood is quiet and safe. You will have absolutely nothing to worry about.
We can offer a private parking space for the price of 10€/day (pre-booking required).
Guest H4U Online Assistance:
- Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.
City Tax:
- A city tax of €1.50 per person per night (for up to 7 nights) is applicable. This must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Quiet Hours:
- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy:
- We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Party Policy:
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy:
- Animals are not allowed.
Late Arrival/Departure Fees:
- Extra charges apply for arrivals after 19:00 (7 PM) or departures after 10:00 AM, starting at €15, depending on specific requests.
Baby Kit:
- Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week.
- Baby cot only: €15 per week.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.
Key and Door Services:
- Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.
Door Opening:
- During working hours (10:00 to 19:00): €20.
- Outside working hours (19:00 to 10:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.
Cleaning for Extended Stays:
- For stays exceeding 7 nights, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of €60 per week applies, covering cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
You will have access to the whole flat.

Important information before booking
This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge.
Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Mandatory city tax: A city tax of 1.50€ per person per day must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Access, parking & check-in
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
All check-ins after 7:00 PM (19:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:
• 7:00–8:30 PM: 15€
• 8:30–10:00 PM: 25€
• 10:00 PM–11:00 PM: 50€
• After 11:00 PM: from 50€
Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.
A private, secure, covered parking space is available by reservation only for 10€ per day, located approximately 20 minutes on foot from the apartment. As there is only one parking space, availability cannot be guaranteed for your arrival date. Thank you for your understanding.
Services & extras
For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 60€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 35€ per trip (contact us for details).
A baby cot is available upon request for 15€ per stay.
