The space

Guest House 4U - Povoa Vacation is a family apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the apartment (without lift). Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. One of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom and toilet. We are able to welcome 8 people. The aparment itself is very luminous and lets in a lot of sunlight all year round.
Our kitchen is equipped with a stove with 4 plates , microwave, Nespresso, an oven, a table, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils necessary for cooking.
Our apartment is bright, spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a stay with family or friends. Our living room is full equiped with a flat screen . There is also a comfortable seating area and a dining room table where you can enjoy nice meals together with family or friends.
You are less than a 10 minute walk from the beaches of Povoa de Varzim, the Casino, supermarkets, and the charming the heart of the city.
You are a 5 minute walk from the Povoa de Varzim metro station which can go directly to Porto in 40 minutes. You are close to highways which can allow you to go and visit Porto and its surroundings.
Parking places are free on the street.

The neighbourhood

You are in the heart of the city of Povoa. The apartment is located in a very calm and peaceful area of the in Povoa where you can comfortably relax with family and friends. Nearby is a supermarket, a butcher shop, and a fatastic bakery near to the apartment where you can try classic Portuguese pastries or grab Something quick to eat. There is also a large choice of restaurants where you can enjoy a variety of meals including typical Portuguese dishes. Everything that you could possible need is in walking distance so there is no need to worry about getting around. You can easily walk to the beach and through the charming streets of the city that will bring you anywhere you need to go. You can also take your car if you would like but parking on the street of the apartment is free all year round!
The subway is less than 5 minute walk away from the apartment, which can bring you to surrounding areas and also the city of Porto direct access 40 minutes to TRINDADE train station.

City Tax:

- A city tax of €1.50 per person per night (for up to 7 nights) is applicable. This must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Heures de Silence :

- Veuillez vous assurer qu'il n'y a pas de bruit entre 22h00 et 08h00.

Politique de Groupe :

- Nous n'acceptons pas les groupes de jeunes de moins de 25 ans sans la présence d'un tuteur légal.

Politique de Fêtes :

- Les fêtes sont strictement interdites.

Politique Animalière :

- Les petits animaux (moins de 5 kg) sont acceptés au tarif de 5€ par nuit, payable sur place.

Frais d'Arrivée/Départ Tardif :

- Des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent pour les arrivées après 19h00 ou les départs après 10h00, à partir de 15€, selon les demandes spécifiques.

Kit Bébé :

- Kit Bébé complet (baignoire, chaise haute et lit bébé) : 25€ par semaine.
- Lit bébé seul : 15€ par semaine.

Politique concernant les fumeurs :
- Il est strictement interdit de fumer sur la propriété. Si des preuves de tabagisme sont trouvées (odeur, cendres, mégots, etc.), un minimum de 200 € sera facturé.

Services de Clés et Portes :

- Clés perdues : frais de remplacement de 20€.

Ouverture de la Porte :

- Pendant les heures de travail (10h00 à 19h00) : 20€.
- En dehors des heures de travail (19h00 à 10h00) : à partir de 50€, selon disponibilité.

Nettoyage pour Séjours Longs :

- Pour les séjours de plus de 7 nuits, un supplément de nettoyage obligatoire de 60€ par semaine s'applique, incluant le nettoyage, des draps et serviettes frais.

Guest H4U , we are completely at your disposal to accompany you before, during, and after your stay. If you need advice or guided tours, booking, we will be at your disposal.
For all specific requests a private concierge can be hired (additional cost).

Other things to note

Important information before booking

This apartment is non-smoking. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge.

Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Mandatory city tax: a city tax of 1.50€ per person per day must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Access & check-in

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

All check-ins after 7:00 PM are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:

• 7:00–8:30 PM: 15€
• 8:30–10:00 PM: 25€
• 10:00–11:00 PM: 50€
• After 11:00 PM: from 50€

Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.

Services & extras

For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 60€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.

Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 35€ per trip (contact us for details).
