2 Bathrooms GUESTH4U-Design & Charm is an entirely renovated apartment with modern decor, located in the heart of the famous seaside resort of Povoa de Varzim. GUESTH4U- Design & Charm features 3 bedrooms, including 1 master suite with a private bathroom and a kitchen that opens up into a bright living room. We can welcome up to 8 people. Our apartment is decorated with care and Netflix services and wifi are included. The metro station to go to Porto is just nearby.
GUESTH4U- Design & Charm is located on the 3th floor of a 5 story apartment building with a lift.
GUESTH4U- Design & Charm is an entirely renovated apartment with quality materials. You will have access to 3 spacious bedrooms, in which there is 1 master bedroom with a double bed (160*200) + 1 matress (140*190) with its own bathroom and toilet (around 18m²). The 2 other bedrooms are around 15m² and each has a double bed (160*200) and a shared bathroom (around 5m²) with a large shower, sink, and toilet. Our living room also has a comfortable sofa, allowing us to host up to 8 people maximum in the apartment. Our TV has direct Netflix access. Our kitchen is equipped with a bar space including 4 bar stools and is totally equipped with : a stovetop, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and all of the necessary kitchen utensils that you will need to prepare your own meals. Our dining room has a beautiful glass dining table that can seat comfortably up to 8 people. Our apartment was recently renovated in March 2019 and has been decorated with care and entirely equipped for a trip between family or friends !
The linens for the apartment will be at your disposal.
You’re in the heart of Povoa.
You’re only 10 minutes away on foot from the beautiful beaches of Povoa de varzim, the casino, supermarkets, and the historical heart of the city. Everything that you could possible need or want will be just nearby !
Parking spaces in the street are free.
On the same block as the apartment there is a small supermarket, a butcher shop, a bakery, restaurants, and a café.
At only 1km away from the apartment are the following supermarkets : LIDL / PINGO DOLCE / CONTINENTE
The neighborhood is calm and safe. You will have absolutely nothing to worry about.
Guest H4U Online Assistance:
- Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.
City Tax:
- A city tax of €1.50 per person per night (for up to 7 nights) is applicable. This must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Quiet Hours:
- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy:
- We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Party Policy:
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy:
- Small pets (under 5 kg) are welcome at a rate of €5 per night, payable on-site.
Late Arrival/Departure Fees:
- Extra charges apply for arrivals after 19:00 (7 PM) or departures after 10:00 AM, starting at €15, depending on specific requests.
Baby Kit:
- Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week.
- Baby cot only: €15 per week.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.
Key and Door Services:
- Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.
Door Opening:
- During working hours (10:00 to 19:00): €20.
- Outside working hours (19:00 to 10:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.
Heating:
- In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer a portable heater for €15/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during colder months.
Cleaning for Extended Stays:
- For stays exceeding 7 nights, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of €60 per week applies, covering cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
You will have access to the entire apartment.

Important information before booking
This apartment is non-smoking. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge.
Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Mandatory city tax: a city tax of 1.50€ per person per day must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Small pets (under 5 kg) are welcome for a fee of 5€ per night, payable upon arrival.
Access & check-in
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
All check-ins after 7:00 PM are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:
• 7:00–8:30 PM: 15€
• 8:30–10:00 PM: 25€
• 10:00–11:00 PM: 50€
• After 11:00 PM: from 50€
Check-out is possible until 10:00 AM.
Services & extras
For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 60€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 35€ per trip (contact us for details).
A baby cot is available upon request for 20€ per stay.
