It is a modern, fully equipped apartment, thoughtfully decorated with care and contemporary style. The apartment features three west-facing balconies and can comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults.
The apartment offers a private bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 × 200) and air conditioning (hot and cold). The bright living room includes a Smart TV, a sofa bed for two guests, an additional single sofa bed, and air conditioning (hot and cold), providing flexible sleeping arrangements and year-round comfort.
The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living area, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils for preparing meals. The dining area features a table ideal for shared meals.
The apartment has a spacious full bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Shower gel is provided for your convenience. There is also ample storage space throughout the apartment.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a well-insulated building for enhanced comfort.
Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.
Guest H4U – Pop Art is ideally located in the heart of the city of Porto, in a lively and well-connected neighbourhood, close to Marquês Square (Metro Marquês), known for its bandstand and the Church of Nossa Senhora da Conceição.
You’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops in the surrounding area. The main shopping street, Rua de Santa Catarina, and the iconic Bolhão Market are just a 10-minute walk away.
Within approximately 20 minutes on foot, you can reach the Douro River, the Porto wine cellars, Livraria Lello, Avenida dos Aliados, and the Clérigos Tower.
The area is safe and pleasant at any time of day or night, allowing you to explore the city with peace of mind. Thanks to the excellent location and public transport connections, there is no need for a car — Porto is ideal to discover on foot, at your own pace.

- Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.
Check-in:
- Check-in from 15:00 (3PM) to 20:00 (8PM) – FREE; from 20:00 (8PM) to 21:30 (9:30PM) – 15€; from 21:30 (9:30PM) to 23:00 (11PM) – 25€; from 23:00 (10PM) to 00:00 (12AM) – 50€; after 00:00 (12AM) – from 50€. All late check-ins are subject to our availability.
Quiet Hours:
- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy:
- We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Party Policy:
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy:
- Animals are not allowed.
Baby Kit:
- Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week.
- Baby cot only: €15 per week.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.
Key and Door Services:
- Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.
Door Opening:
- During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): €20.
- Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.
Cleaning for Extended Stays:
- For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 39€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment, ideally suited for up to 5 guests.

Important information before booking
This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests; failure to do so will result in a 200€ charge.
Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Access & check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
All check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:
• 8:00–9:30 PM: 15€
• 9:30–11:00 PM: 25€
• 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: 50€
• After 12:00 AM: from 50€
Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.
Services & extras
For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 39€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 29€ per trip (contact us for details).
A baby cot is available upon request for 15€ per stay.
