This property is ideal for families or couples with children and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Although located in the city center, the apartment is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay.
Located on the ground floor, the apartment features a pleasant exterior and a 20 m² private garden, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The duplex layout is thoughtfully designed: on the top floor, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a second bedroom with two single beds (80x200) and a bathroom with a shower located right next to it.
The living room is bright and comfortable, featuring a sofa bed that accommodates two guests, as well as Wi-Fi and a Smart TV, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertainment.
The open-space dining area seats up to six people and connects seamlessly to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and essential cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a home-cooked meal.
Conveniently located, the apartment is within walking distance of a bank, supermarket, bakery, nightlife, public transport (the central metro station is just 50 meters away), pharmacy, and a wide selection of restaurants. Many of Porto’s main attractions are also nearby, including Aliados Square, Clérigos Tower, Bolhão Market, Santa Catarina Street (main shopping street), Livraria Lello, São Bento Train Station, and Palácio da Bolsa.

Right next to the apartment you’ll find a small public garden, grocery store, newsstand, café with fresh bread and pastries, and traditional local restaurants. Within a 5-minute walk, enjoy authentic Portuguese cuisine at Dom Castro or taste excellent Pastéis de Nata at BuHh.
A 24-hour pharmacy (100 m), a hospital and shopping mall with a large supermarket (200 m), bike rental, ATM, ticket services, and a tourist information office are all nearby—making this an exceptionally convenient and worry-free location in Porto.

Check-in:
- Check-in from 15:00 (3PM) to 20:00 (8PM) – FREE; from 20:00 (8PM) to 21:30 (9:30PM) – 15€; from 21:30 (9:30PM) to 23:00 (11PM) – 25€; from 23:00 (10PM) to 00:00 (12AM) – 50€; after 00:00 (12AM) – from 50€. All late check-ins are subject to our availability.
Quiet Hours:
- Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).
Group Policy:
- We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Party Policy:
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
Pet Policy:
- Animals are not allowed.
Baby Kit:
- Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week.
- Baby cot only: €15 per week.
Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.
Key and Door Services:
- Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.
Door Opening:
- During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): €20.
- Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.
Heating:
- In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer a portable heater for €15/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during colder months.
Cleaning for Extended Stays:
- For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 39€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
You will have exclusive use of the entire apartment, offering comfort and privacy. Ideal for up to 6 guests, it is located on the ground floor of a one-story building, in a quiet setting.
Our team is fully at your disposal before, during, and after your stay to assist you whenever possible.

Important information before booking
This is a non-smoking apartment. Please respect this rule for the comfort of future guests — failure to do so will result in a 200€ damage charge.
Parties are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.
Pet Policy: Small dogs under 5kg are welcome in the apartment for an additional fee of 5€ per day.
There is no fixed heating system in the apartment; a portable heater can be provided for an additional cost.
Access & check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
All check-ins after 8:00 PM (20:00) are subject to our availability and incur additional fees:
• 8:00–9:30 PM: 15€
• 9:30–11:00 PM: 25€
• 11:00 PM–12:00 AM: 50€
• After 12:00 AM: from 50€
Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM.
Services & extras
For stays exceeding 7 nights, for 39€ per week, we can provide a cleaning service that includes: cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
Private driver services are available, including airport transfers from 29€ per trip (contact us for details).
A baby cot is available upon request for 15€ per stay.
